Returns Policy

Our operational process revolves around ordering wallpapers based on individual orders and batch numbers, which means we're unable to facilitate returns or exchanges for over-ordered, incorrectly ordered, or change-of-mind products. As a distribution company, we don't maintain stock on hand.

This policy also covers mixed batch colour variations resulting from under-ordering or placing orders on different dates. Once an order is confirmed, cancellations or modifications cannot be accommodated. If you wish to reorder the same batch, kindly email us the pattern code and batch number found on your wallpaper roll.

For customers uncertain about colour or style, we recommend requesting a $6.50 sample before finalizing your order.

We do not assume responsibility for installation-related faults and do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges in such instances. Before hanging, please thoroughly inspect your wallpaper for defects and adhere diligently to the hanging instructions provided on the label.

Any approved exchanges for reasons other than product faults will necessitate the buyer covering expenses, including a 20% restocking fee.
